O’Callaghan Park Seating

Client: Brisbane City Council
Materials: cast aluminium, CNC cut aluminium, glass tile mosaic
Features: designed as individual seats enabling multiple combinations to be assembled in clusters before bolting down
Completed: 2008

The seats were designed in consultation with young people who use the park. Workshops in model making and drawing were used to develop the seat designs, with the mosaics also completed by young people.
